Within the first four modules, you will learn all the foundational principles of systemic coaching. Applications for Business Coaching*

To meet these expectations, we’ve developed two dedicated modules: Conflict Management and Practical Applications of Business and Life Coaching, where we delve into topics such as agility, HR and team development, change management, virtual leadership, and remote management.

Emotional Coaching
This module introduces methods like Brainspotting, wingwave, EMDR, and EmTrace. Emotional coaching goes beyond cognitive understanding, targeting the limbic system. Its goal is to enable the brain to reassess challenging situations by regulating distressing emotions.
This highly solution-focused method is frequently used in contexts involving emotional stress, performance pressure, and overwhelm.
Excursion: Hypnosystemic Coaching
Hypnosystemic coaching, inspired by Milton Erickson and Dr. Gunther Schmidt, combines two powerful coaching approaches. It helps individuals build a cooperative and self-directed “I” by connecting the conscious with the unconscious.
You will learn not only how to respond to what your client articulates but also how to observe and incorporate their body language into the coaching process, enhancing its effectiveness and sustainability.

Completion and Certification
Several associations have reviewed and certified both our training academy and our trainers.
This ensures not only the high quality of our training but also allows you to obtain up to 8 certifications.
1. InKonstellation:
Upon completing your training, you will receive a certificate from our training academy, which is highly regarded nationwide.

2. TÜV Rheinland
Our training qualifies and prepares you exclusively for TÜV Rheinland’s certification as a Systemic Coach.

3. IHK
After successfully completing your training, you can also obtain a certificate from the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) as a Systemic Coach.
This certificate is issued by the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and is available for designated locations and our online training.
4. BDVT
The oldest professional association for training, consulting, and coaching in Germany has recognized our academy and this training.
This recognition allows you to become certified as a BDVT-certified Systemic Coach and/or Business Coach BDVT.

5. dvct
The German Association for Coaching and Training (dvct), the largest coaching association in Germany, has also recognized InKonstellation.
After completing your training, you can apply for certification as a Systemic Coach (dvct).
6. ECA
The European Coaching Association, the oldest European coaching organization, has recognized our institute.
Graduates can pursue certification as a Systemic Coach (ECA) in various levels.
7. IANLP
Graduates who already hold an NLP Master certification in accordance with the DVNLP or IANLP guidelines will automatically qualify for certification by the International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IANLP) upon completing our Systemic Coaching Training.
8. DCV
The German Coaching Association also stands for quality and well-trained coaches.
Individual certification is possible, provided the respective criteria are met.

The online Systemic Coaching Training at InKonstellation costs €6,490 when paid in full.
We also offer flexible installment plans, such as:
- 9-month plan: An initial payment of €1,399, followed by 8 monthly installments of €690.
- Alternatively, payment in 2 or 4 installments is available.
Funding Options
You can redeem both the Bildungsscheck and the Bildungsprämie with us. However, funding opportunities through the European Social Fund (ESF) for Germany have been significantly reduced. Please check with the relevant advisory offices for the latest updates.

What are the requirements?
Professional experience is, of course, an advantage for an intensive coaching training. However, an academic background is not required.
What happens if I get sick?
If you miss a module, we will work with you to find a solution.
We strongly recommend seminar cancellation insurance. In the rare event of prolonged illness or similar circumstances where rescheduling or attending a later session is not possible, the insurance will cover your expenses.
