Within the first four modules, you will learn all the foundational principles of systemic coaching. A key focus is developing your coaching mindset, enabling you to interact with your clients respectfully and on equal footing. To firmly embed your knowledge, ongoing mutual coaching sessions in small groups are an integral part of the training, along with constructive discussions about real-life case studies. After completing the training, you will confidently and responsibly manage all 1:1 coaching processes.


Applications for Business Coaching*

Many of our participants come from corporate and organizational settings with the aim of integrating their learning into their daily work. To meet these expectations, we’ve developed two dedicated modules: Conflict Management and Practical Applications of Business and Life Coaching, where we delve into topics such as agility, HR and team development, change management, virtual leadership, and remote management.

This module introduces methods like Brainspotting, wingwave, EMDR, and EmTrace. Emotional coaching goes beyond cognitive understanding, targeting the limbic system. Its goal is to enable the brain to reassess challenging situations by regulating distressing emotions.

Excursion: Hypnosystemic Coaching

Hypnosystemic coaching, inspired by Milton Erickson and Dr. Gunther Schmidt, combines two powerful coaching approaches. It helps individuals build a cooperative and self-directed “I” by connecting the conscious with the unconscious.

You will learn not only how to respond to what your client articulates but also how to observe and incorporate their body language into the coaching process, enhancing its effectiveness and sustainability.
